Josephine Butler - Early Feminism

This is a remarkable drawing of Josephine Butler.  I apologize, I don’t know the artist and if anyone does, I would like to give him or her credit here.  Josephine Butler was an early British abolitionist and feminist who successfully campaigned to eliminate discriminatory laws that allowed policemen to call for examinations of women’s genitals for sexual disease, without much showing of cause.  She also helped raise the age of sexual consent from 13 to 16 in late 1800s London.
