    RE : Karen Fedida’s first shot :

Botticelli (“Birth of Venus”)/Velázquez (Karen inside looking out)/ and “The Temptation of St. Anthony” (countless versions for the past 400+ years)…and a little mysticism/symbolism thrown in (the mirror suggesting “beauty” as transient and illusionary)…all rolled into one great shot !!

Now Karen : how much were you conscious of when you made the shot ??…Or perhaps a Jungian moment of “collective unconscious” inspiration ?

Nice when that happens. Very rare.
